Office Block Refurbishment

Studio 3 carried out the refurbishment of landlord areas of this 6-storey office building, which comprised re-fitting of all toilets, upgrading of lift lobbies and stairways, and the re-configuring and refurbishment of a dated atrium entrance area. The upgrading of the reception area included the introduction of a new reception desk, backed by a triple height walnut feature wall. Hand made walnut pendant lights hang from above. These new elements along with the addition of white wall panelling, added layers of texture and depth, dramatically changing and modernising the large reception area.
