New Office Building

One Grand Parade is a 6-storey office building located on a pivotal site at Ranelagh Bridge, adjacent to the Luas stop.

The site is located beside a protected terrace of Georgian buildings. The new building is designed over six floors and is separated from the adjoining terrace by a narrow atrium. Sandra Nowlan collaborated with artist Peter Monaghan to create an award winning piece of urban building art within the atrium space. The building comprises 4200sqm of office space over a basement car park and a new landscaped civic plaza.
