This 2,100 sq.m building, completed in 2009, provides a purpose built home for Priests of the Congregation of the Passion. The 17 bedroom home consists of a Chapel, office, social and recreational areas.
The energy efficent house incorporates a range of alternative energy solutions including Solar, Geothermal, Heat Recovery Ventilation, BMS and has high levels of insulation. Both Frank Doyle and Sandra Nowlan were responsible for the design and delivery of this project during their time with OMS Architects Ltd.
