Masterplan for Mixed Use Development

The key objective of this proposal was to create a sustainable mass of mixed-use development to promote pedestrian movement and cycle links to the adjoining town along the canal corridor. The project is proposed a new street as the spine of the scheme, containing retail frontages. Residential and office space above are accessed from street level, creating a vibrant sense of community with clearly defined public and private spaces
