This mixed use proposal seeks to redevelop a prime waterfront site at the Avoca river harbour. The development incorporates residential, retirement community units, office, hotel and retail uses with a new marina and maritime museum/civic building and will support the aspirations of Wicklow County Council to promote Arklow to the forefront of sustainable communities in Ireland.
