The development comprises a new home for the Sisters of the Holy Faith, 13 no. three storey family townhouses overlooking a new ‘pocket park’ and a 32 classroom primary school designed over three levels forming a new civic space addressing the Parish Church. The design of the scheme is contemporary and sympathetic to its surroundings. Sustainability and passive design underpin the design philosophy.
