Client: Louis & Zelie Martin Foundation. The Hospice and Apartments were designed around a protected House and Chapel on the grounds of the former Carmelite Monastery. 52 apartments form the urban edge to the existing street. The existing house and chapel form an integral part of the Hospice palliative and homecare facility. The 3000 sq. m hospice is designed over two floor levels.
