Studio 3 designed a redevelopment scheme for these two  buildings to modernise the existing buildings and increase the gross building area from the existing  14,000m2 to 30,000 m2 by extending existing floor plates and adding two additional floors,  a complete upgrade of all existing fabric, new facades and  external landscaping
