Residential family home extension and refurbishment

Status: Completed 2019

This house had been subdivided and run into disrepair. The project returned it to a single family home, provided new kitchen/family wing to the rear forming an edge to a new large courtyard garden. Energy upgrades to the building fabric including provision of air to water heat pump heating system and photovoltaic panels were utilised to ensure that the home energy consumption is minimised.
