Seven storey office refurbishment and fit-out, with a floor area of 10,000m2 approx.

Status: Completed 2022.

This building was originally constructed in early 2000s. Our brief was to completely refurbish all office areas for long term tenant. A full mechanical and electrical upgrade together with a new fitout was completed at all levels. The project provided 1,038 workstations, break out spaces, pantry/coffee stations, meeting rooms and a new purpose built large staff restaurant and Town Hall space was designed and completed.
