Residential family home extension and refurbishment

This Edwardian villa located in south Co. Dublin overlooking Dublin Bay was in need to a full fabric and services upgrade along with an extension to provide additional bedrooms below a large family terrace off the upper floor living area. The project comprised full refurbishment, internal alterations, landscaping and garden works along with energy upgrade to provide an A rated family home.
