Contract: Developer Contractor - This mixed use village centre precinct, focused around a new civic space incorporating residential units, a 168 bedroom hotel, retail/ commercial units, a medical centre, a creche, restaurants/ bars and a park with facilities to include playing pitches and an all-weather play area and public playground.
