The first phase of the Pavilions was completed in May 2001, comprises 57,000 sq. m of retail over two floor levels and 2000 car spaces contained within a multi-level building and external landscaped parking areas. 50 retail units of various sizes are supported by two major anchor units. The building form maximizes natural light under a soaring roof.

Pavilions Phase 2 development was completed in 2007, comprising 7800 sq. m of floor space over two floor levels. The building is designed as a continuous extension to Phase 1 comprising retail, restaurants and a multiplex cinema formed around a central civic space.
