House Extension & Refurbishment

The extension and refurbishment of this Protected Structure was carried out for a young family. The brief was to provide an open plan kitchen/living/dining space to the rear of the house which would engage with the garden and maximise the light in the house. Reorganisation of the first floor to include an ensuite bedroom and new family bathroom was also required. The energy efficiency of the house was upgraded to provide a modern family home.
