Conversion from derelict nursing home to 3 residential luxury homes

This building served as a nursing home prior to becoming derelict in early 2000s. The project converted the central house back to a family home and formed two separate family homes from the side buildings. The houses were extended to the rear and reconfigured completely upgraded to become A rated modern family homes.
