Residential development - Status: Completed 2016

This new development consists of two residential blocks comprising eight townhouses and eight apartments. The site is located in a largely residential area, bound to the rear by a wooded area. The modern use of traditional materials, red brick and limestone, allows the buildings to compliment their mature surroundings while still retaining a contemporary aesthetic. The townhouses each comprise of three bedrooms, a generous kitchen/family/dining area and a study. The apartment block is a mix of two/three and four bedrooms apartments, with open plan living spaces and south facing balconies and terraces.
