Master Planning

Studio 3 provides masterplanning and urban design services for sites of varying scales, in both urban and suburban environments. We can assist clients with appropriate site selection through comprehensive feasibility studies. The surrounding environmental factors are carefully considered in our masterplans, along with the provision of public amenity spaces. Large urban developments require a holistic approach to achieve a successful design, where the needs of often diverse end-users are met. Studio 3 work closely with the clients and the relevant Local Authority to achieve this.
